IMHO, a password makes no sense. A password is supposed to be secret. Ifanyone can get a Knoppix CD, you would want to tell the password toeveryone. If everyone knows ist, there is no point in having a password.


Fo a Knoppix HD install, you can easily set a root password.

Just my 2¢.
