You can do an online update:
apt-get update
apt-get install -t unstable scribus
If you are using the "persisent Knoppix image" feature, the update will
be permanently saved into your knoppix.img file on harddisk or USB flash
pen.
Changing the content of the compressed DVD part is somewhat more
difficult; but there are instructions on knoppix.net.
