Knoppix fix for apache2 support

In knoppix DVD 5.0.1 apache doesnt work out of the box.

you need to add

EnableSendfile Off

to httpd.conf

I think this is because the kernel is unable to provide sendfile 
services for UNIONFS filesystem.
