Where can I order the source-code of Knoppix?

Knoppix 4.0.2 CD includes this notice:
"you can order the sources directly from Knopper.Net for the cost of
material, copying, packaging and postage. This offer is valid for 3
years, counting from the build date of this CD-Rom/DVD."

Does anyone know where in Knopper.Net I can order the source-code?
Do I need to use the Feedback-form at
http://www.knopper.net/kontakt/index-en.php which says it takes 4
weeks to get an answer, or is there another place?

Also, how is the paying handled?
