We are starting to distribute a CD which is  a Knoppix for InterProScan4.1
High Throughput Computing Edition in SC|05  (http://sc05.supercomputing.org)
.
The InterProScan4.1 which is made by European Bioinformatics Institute (EBI)
is an integrated bioinformatics application for searching functional protein
domains, which has a database and scan methods. We had designed and
re-mastered a knoppix for InterProScan using by several middle-ware tools:
PVFS2, Condor, and Ganglia respectively. This knoppix allows biology
researchers who are not a specialist of HPC to build a cluster system
easily. 
 I will distribute an ISO file in our site
(http://big.gsc.riken.jp/index_html/Members/fumikazu/htc) on Dec 1st.
