[debian-knoppix] get the sources

Hello,

I've read that Klaus Knopper offered to give the sources of Knoppix on CD.
Apparently all you have to do is to send him blank CDs as well as a prepaid 
parcel/letter for the shipment back.
I was wondering what was the direction we had to send the CDs to, as well as 
the number of CDs required.
