I'd like to suggest the "synergy" mouse/keyboard sharing package.
Allows you to treat multiplatform computers like multiple displays in a
Xinerama configuration. It would also be nice to see in generic
knoppix--I don't think it's large but I don't have anything to remove so
that's open.
