Did you set the correct type (82) for the swap partition?

If you did and knx-hdinstall still complains, reboot and start the
install script once again, this time make no changes with cfdisk, just
quit the partitioning tool.

Explanation: Some braindead IDE controllers need a reboot after
partitions have changed. This is a hardware limitation.
