[debian-knoppix] customizing knoppix --> part #2

I've sucessfully re-mastered the knoppix CD and added/removed some
packages. But now I have a few questions about the rest of the
content of the CD.
There are 4 boot*.img files on the CD, which one do I need and which
one can I delete?
If it's not a good idea to delete them cause I replace the files with
symlinks to the english, default boot.img file?

Those I could tinker around with to find the correct settings and all
but the other questions are just a little harder:

What file do I need to edit/delete to stop the konqueror screen from
starting up on the html file on the CD and creating the desktop icon
so I can also delete that as well.

Also I'd like to make some further customizations on the boot screens
and such, eg #1. instead of listing "desktop=*" and the rest of them
(BTW, I took the rest out), or the "lang=" option. Which file would I
edit CORRECTLY to remove that line? eg. I would like to add some
stuff to the bootup screen (press <F2> to view options), by keeping
klaus's information but adding "custom made by me" in the picture
ontop and where it says to press <F2>

I'd just like to have some information on how to do it, a webpage or
guide to cause I cannot find any at all. The only ones I can find
describe how-to edit/customize the knoppix to add/delete packages and
such. I would like to create a original/custom cd with these
modifications for my own purposes, space being some of the
considerations in the alterations i'm asking help on doing cause I'm
trying to create a distro that will fit onto a 200MB CD with a few
additions/substractions of the knoppix lite distro.
