[debian-knoppix] xfig

When I run Xfig, and try to click on the  "File" menu item it segfaults
saying

Warning:Actions not found: StartScroll
xfig3.2.4: SIGSEGV signal trapped

This seems to be ocurring because of the need for XAW3d support.
Did anyone solve the problem?
