Hey
It seems in Knoppix that sshd only honors the first
8 characters in the password. On a redhat box my 30-some-odd-character password
requires all 30ish, not just the first 8.
Does anyone know what I'd have to recompile/patch
so that longer passwords work past the first 8? I don't think the problem is
with sshd alone...
