[debian-knoppix] Knoppix available to Australians

I asked, and have got, Planet Mirror (Australian mirror of many Linux
distros) to make Knoppix available to their rsync server so that we
aussies can rapidly bring our Knoppix release ISO up to date without
having to download the whole ISO each time there is a new release.
