[debian-knoppix] Knoppix 3.1 and its directories
Hello:
I have remastered Knoppix 3.1 (rather easy to do!). I have
a question as to which directory is the best to have
something like MySQL write a file.log or pid in memory. I
have tied several different directories (/var/lib/mysql) but
most of them seem to be "Read Only". I would like to have
"Read Write" so that at boot time MySQL could write a
file.sock.
