[debian-knoppix] remaster knoppix CD: mkmyknoppix version 1.1

Hi all,

one day after the first release, here's my improved script. Now you
can use your own hook for copying your local stuff, so you do not have
to modify the original script. Some more comment in it. The URL can be
shorter, so use

http://www.informatik.uni-koeln.de/~lange/software/mkmyknoppix

I use this script to create a version of Knoppix which include sysinfo
and f-prot antivirus for linux. A perfect CD to start working on a
winxxxx host ;-)
