Package: src:linux Version: 6.1.158-1 Severity: important Dear Maintainer,I've upgraded my kernel package from linux-image-6.1.0-40-amd64 6.1.153-1 to linux-image-6.1.0-41-amd64 6.1.158-1, and after a reboot, my Wifi card is no longer usable. hostapd cannot use it, and it doesn't appear in the output of `ip l`. The PCI device is still visible though (05:00.0).Rebooting on the previous kernel version 6.1.153-1 fixes the issue, my wifi card is usable again. It seems to be related to this kernel bug: https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=220671. Could you please revert the change that caused it, if upstream hasn't done that yet?Cheers, Etienne -- Package-specific info: ** Version:Linux version 6.1.0-41-amd64 (debian-kernel@lists.debian.org) (gcc-12 (Debian 12.2.0-14+deb12u1) 12.2.0, GNU ld (GNU Binutils for Debian) 2.40) #1 SMP PREEMPT_DYNAMIC Debian 6.1.158-1 (2025-11-09)** Command line:BOOT_IMAGE=/vmlinuz-6.1.0-41-amd64 root=/dev/mapper/Pyran--vg-root ro console=ttyS0,115200u8 verbose iommu=pt** Tainted: W (512) * kernel issued warning ** Kernel log: [ 34.777583] input: PC Speaker as /devices/platform/pcspkr/input/input2 [ 34.809430] cryptd: max_cpu_qlen set to 1000 [ 34.833752] ccp 0000:00:08.0: 3 command queues available [ 34.899098] sp5100_tco: SP5100/SB800 TCO WatchDog Timer Driver[ 34.905585] sp5100-tco sp5100-tco: Using 0xfeb00000 for watchdog MMIO address [ 34.918895] sp5100-tco sp5100-tco: initialized. heartbeat=60 sec (nowayout=0)[ 34.963448] ccp 0000:00:08.0: ccp enabled [ 35.059649] AVX version of gcm_enc/dec engaged.
