The terminals and virtual consoles from Ctrl-Alt-F2 to F6 and F8 to F12 are covered with the Copyright Symbols ©. I first reported this on Reddit, https://www.reddit.com/r/debian/comments/1pnrm5t/problem_with_virtual_consoles_covered_with_a/

It appears on a recent kernel update 5.10.0-37-amd64. The problem is not present in the previous kernel. This was confirmed by another user on Reddit, It is in the thread that I linked.
