VCN 2 firmware:

amdgpu: Found VCN firmware Version ENC: 1.24 DEC: 8 VEP: 0 Revision: 5

causes lock-ups.

Versions:

amdgpu: Found VCN firmware Version ENC: 1.24 DEC: 8 VEP: 0 Revision: 6

and Revision 7 have not caused lock-ups for me.
