I'd recommend that the patches here are looked at: https://github.com/zen-kernel/zen-kernel/commits/6.16/fixes/
Most of the fixes come from reports for Arch Linux, Jan typically backports them to Zen Kernel, and then they arrive in Liquorix as a side effect.
Also, it could also simply be the stable update that Liquorix is on. I know that there can be delays on the Debian side to get timely updates out, and the bug you're affected by could already be fixed in the latest stable update that Liquorix provides today.

I tested the newer debian unstable 6.16.8 and still the bug as described in 6.16.3. And All Liquorix 6.16.* up to now 6.16.9 are working fine. So it still exists in Debian unstable.

One thing we might do here from Debian side is the following:
Please provide full boot logs in both variants. I understand that the
sytsem freezes, if that is a complete system freeze and the ssytem is
not accessible anymore via network to gather the log, then pease use a
netconsole.
Once we have both boot logs we could have a look on spotted
differences.
