Bug#1114773: Regarding kernel panic while rebooting my debian system with fips=1

This is already fixed with the recent released Linux DSA updating to
6.1.153-1, so pleae update. The BTS does not reflect that since the
update has not yet been included/accepted in
bookworm-proposed-updates.
