* What led up to the situation?
Unable to suspend or shutdown my computer when using linux-image-6.16.5+deb14-amd64. Suspend and shutdown work correctly if I boot using linux-image-6.12.38+deb13-amd64. The issue was also present with linux-image-6.16.3+deb14-amd64, so the issue may have started with that package.
* What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or ineffective)?
