Thanks for your testing and narrowing down more the range. There are
still versions to test though in the above:

	6.13.5-1~exp1
	6.13.4-1~exp1
	6.13.3-1~exp1
	6.13.2-1~exp1
	6.13~rc7-1~exp1
	6.13~rc6-1~exp1

Once we have the two closer versions, you can use the previous
outlined instructions to do as well the upstream versions bisect
further, let me though know if you need help/clearer instructions
there if needed.

Let's first though closer to the testing range by testing above
versions.
