System log has the following error when the freeze happens:

I think kernel guys have fixed the issue in 6.12.40. Debian kernel team should update linux-image-amd64. It is a critical issue.

Thanks for confirming, in this case we close it with 6.12.41-1.

In case though it is still triggered, please do reopen this bug, but
then we might need to dig into bisecting the changes between the last
known good version and 6.12.38.
