Bug#1107521: Info received (ath12k_pci errors and loss of connectivity in 6.12.y branch)

Uwe and Salvatore,

FYI, this bug affects the Trixie installer (and after installation,
too). As soon as the Trixie installer reached the point of detecting
network interfaces, my system completely froze with a blinking light
on the caps lock key. This was not intermittent; it always happened
when I retried. I was only able to proceed by removing
firmware-atheros_20250410-2_all.deb from the installer ISO and then I
could continue without WiFi during installation (I used a USB ethernet
dongle). Now with Trixie installed, I have a stable system with my
ath12k cherry-picks on top of stable 6.12 (e.g
https://github.com/mdmower/linux/tree/mdm-6.12.41-ath12k ), but that
doesn't help others. So, I wanted to make you two aware in case you
see other reports of trouble with the ath12k firmware and/or driver in
Trixie. Unfortunately, I haven't heard from Baochen Qiang since July
2.
