Please enable CONFIG_FUNCTION_GRAPH_RETVAL

Dear Maintainers,

I have posted https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1106120 , but I
understand that due to the precise kernel version being part of the package name
("linux-image-6.12.19-amd64"), the report is not automatically pushed to more
recent versions.

So, I'm taking the liberty to ask you directly: could you please have a look ?

In summary: ftrace has a new feature "funcgraph-retval" that is simultaneously a
life-saver for hard kernel investigations in production, absolutely innocuous
for the non-debug workflow, and of very light overhead for the debug workflow
(as there is a runtime toggle).
These investigations happen on real-life servers where recompiling the kernel is
out of the question; so, it is very frustrating to see it disabled in Debian
production kernels.
Thanks in advance,

-Alex
