Package: src:linux Version: 6.1.112-1 Severity: important X-Debbugs-Cc: johan.kroeckel@gmail.com Dear Maintainer, Steps I did to reproduce the bug: - install Debian on two RAID1 volumes, one for /boot and one LUKS encrypted for the root filesystem - reboot system before the initial resync of the root filesystem I could work around this bug by switching to another console in d-i after installing the system before inital reboot, setting /proc/sys/dev/raid/speed_limit_max to 3000000 (two nvme ssds) and waiting in d-i for the resync to finish. I did not tried to boot into the installed system and wait for the resync finish there. When installing the backports kernel in the running system, rebooting (including the kernel panic) into it, the system restarts and shutdowns without any problems even with unfinished sync. --
