Bug#1102639: linux: Please enable CONFIG_SCHED_CLASS_EXT=y

Dear Maintainer,
Please consider enabling CONFIG_SCHED_CLASS_EXT=y in trixie kernels. As far as I can tell, the sched_ext framework is advanced enough in 6.12 that it will work okay for external schedulers provided outside of Debian (i.e cargo install scx_lavd).
In my experience, scx_lavd as an example, provides a noticeable, albeit anecdotal, improvement to energy usage, battery life and responsiveness.
