we running into the same issue, also with Zabbix and some other systems:

mariadb-server                 1:10.11.6-0+deb12u1
Linux 6.1.0-30-amd64 Debian 6.1.124-1 (2025-01-12) x86_64 GNU/Linux

We also have this value cache issue with Zabbix (since 12.9):
Problem name: More than 95% used in the value cache

I'm not sure we need to open a bugreport against MariaDB?
