NOTE: I just tested v6.13-rc4+ (fd0584d220fe285dc45be43eede55df89ad6a3d9)
and it seems to continue with the hibernation where 6.12 got stuck.

6.13rc gets another problem with crashing graphics driver on resuming
but that seems to be a different issue, will report this straight to
kernel bugzilla.
