Bug#1086172: linux-image-amd64: Enable more ZRAM compression options by default

Starting with kernel 6.12 ZSTD compression is no longer available for ZRAM. It used to be available by default.

LZO is one of the worst compression algorithms for ZRAM and a lot of users expect ZSTD to be available. I would really like to see Debian enable all the compression algorithms as now I have to use a worse compression algorithm that will effect the performance of my ZRAM swap.
