Bug#1077023: bad build time package dependency for nfs-utils

Hi Salvatore,

for testing I have derived a private nfs-utils package for shiny new
version 2.7.1 and gave it a try: 3 patches could be dropped, one patch
had to be refreshed, the rest builds out of the box (on Bookworm).

	quilt delete fsidd-call-anonymous-sockets-by-their-name-only-don-.patch
	quilt delete junction-export-cache-cast-to-a-type-with-a-known-si.patch
	quilt delete reexport.c-Some-Distros-need-the-following-include-t.patch

Testing it right now, together with kernel 2.9.7 from the backports
repository.
