I can report back that with firmware-atheros 20240709-1 both WLAN and 
Bluetooth are recognized and can be enabled on the ThinkPad T14 AMD Gen 5. 
I did not yet test using them, but I bet it will work.

Upstream firmware package is no longer installed.
