The fix https://patchwork.freedesktop.org/patch/msgid/20230804084600.1005818-1-jani.nikula@intel.com has been merged to upstream and backported to 6.4.13, so it is available in linux-image-6.4.0-4-amd64_6.4.13-1, and I have confirmed that this bug is fixed on this version.
