Bug#1051087: reportbug: linux-headers-amd64 from bullseye-backports cannot be installed (unmet dependencies)
Package: linux-headers-amd64
Followup-For: Bug #1051087

Dear Maintainer,
Thank you for your quick reply.
It's still not entirely clear to me, whether this transient issue (where linux-
image-amd64 can be installed while the corresponding linux-headers-amd64 can't)
is a "standard case" for backports, or it is an "exceptional" situation ?
As a matter of facts, if it is a "standard case" for backports, I understand
that specific precautions have to be taken before deciding to upgrade a kernel
from backports, so that DKMS modules won't break. Is this correct ?
Thank you for your time,
Regards,
