Dear Maintainer,

tproxy support is working when booted to 5.10.0-20 kernel but not when booted to 6.0.0-6 kernel. Here are commands to reproduce:

sudo nft add table ip kbohoneypot
sudo nft add chain ip kbohoneypot alltraffic '{type filter hook input priority mangle;}'
sudo nft add rule  ip kbohoneypot alltraffic ip protocol tcp tproxy to 127.0.0.1:9999

when booted to 6.0.0-6 the following error occours on the last line:

Error: Could not process rule: Operation not supported
add rule ip kbohoneypot alltraffic ip protocol tcp tproxy to 127.0.0.1:9999
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

When booted to 5.10.0-20 (by selecting the specific kernel in the grub menu) evrything works as expected.

I think this is actually not a regression but is caused by
https://git.kernel.org/linus/18bbc3213383a82b05383827f4b1b882e3f0a5a5
(in 6.0-rc3).

TPROXY is only allowed from prerouting, but it was previously not
checking it.
