One concern to enable CONFIG_AMD_MEM_ENCRYPT would be what earlier
resulted in #994453. But the good thing is at least that 711885906b5c
("x86/Kconfig: Do not enable AMD_MEM_ENCRYPT_ACTIVE_BY_DEFAULT
automatically") was backported to 5.10.y as well to 5.10.75, and this
has not changed since.

So as long we do not enable it by default it might still be sensible
to make the change for the next point release.

Regards,
Salvatore
