Same issue here, with Lenovo Thinkpad X13.

Product Name: 20WLS4VJ07
Version: ThinkPad X13 Gen 2i
With 5.19 everything works properly.

The reason is well documented in this link and this has already been
fixed upstream in the 6.0.x branch. Don't know if the maintainers want
to update this 6.0 kernel or simply move on to 6.1.
