   * What led up to the situation?  Time
   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)? It was after upgrading to Buster, I changed kernel boot
params removing kvm stuff for gpu passthough, etc
   * What was the outcome of this action? Ranges from minor annoyance to making
applications like games crash
   * What outcome did you expect instead? stability :)
