Dear Maintainer,

after upgrading from 4.19.28-2~bpo9+1 to 4.19.37-4~bpo9+1 we started
experiencing memory leaks on eight of our linux routers.

I've rebuilt the kernel with KASAN and kmemleak which lead me to the
