Dear Maintainer,

   * What led up to the situation?
	suspend to ram with systemd
   * What was the outcome of this action?
	ethernet card gets unusable, links no longer detected
   * What outcome did you expect instead?
	ethernet card negociating the link again

Workaround:
modprobe -r r8169
modprobe 8169
