Bug#1005228: linux-image-4.19.0-18-amd64: Short freeze on virtual machine with message: "rcu: INFO: rcu_sched self-detected stall on CPU"

Package: src:linux
Version: 4.19.208-1
Severity: important

Dear Maintainer,

   * What led up to the situation?
Installing and running in production a fresh debian 10 with php/apache2 installed.
This is a virtual machine with 8 virtual CPU / 4 physical CPU / 8 GB Ram, running on
an OpenNebula cluster. The VM freeze apparantly randomly (from 1 to
   10 times a day), during
approximatively 1 minute then come back without any manual action or reboot.
I tried to reinstall the VM and the same issue occurs. This is the
most active VM of the OpenNebula cluster.
The other VM of the Cluster from the same vm template does not have the issue.
The kernel trace is not exactly the same each time, but the behavior
seems the same. Let me know if I
   need to update each one.
I did not see any relevant log on the OpenNebula worker (hypervisor), which have these
   packages installed:

   root@one-w-2-th3:~# dpkg -l | grep libvirt

   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?
   - apt update && apt upgrade && reboot
   - reinstall the virtual machine from template
   - migrate to another opennebula worker
   * What was the outcome of this action?
no effect, the issue still occur
   * What outcome did you expect instead?
   no more freeze
