First the upload needs to get accepted, then kernel are build and then a new upload happens for the signed variant and those need to be build and the final step is distributing it to the various Debian archive mirrors. It's only after the last step that they'll be visible for apt. It'll become available on unstable, you just need to have some patience :-)
