Hi!

Since switching from linux-image-5.18.0-4-amd64 to
linux-image-5.19.0-1-amd64, my system reproducibly enters in an
apparently endless loop on poweroff or reboot.
It seems to me that this happens after the filesystems have
been cleanly unmounted (because, when I press the hardware
reset button, the following boot does not complain about recovering
from journals...).
However, the console is filled with an apparently endless stream
of identical messages that say:

  block device autoloading is deprecated and will be removed

interleaved with sporadic messages like:

  blkdev_get_no_open: N callbacks suppressed

where N is a natural number (such as 95, 71, and so forth).

After waiting for quite some time, I am forced to use the
hardware reset button.

If I boot with a previous Linux kernel version
(linux-image-5.18.0-4-amd64 or linux-image-5.18.0-3-amd64)
the issue does not occurr.

I don't know whether this is relevant: my system uses software
RAID 1.

I searched the web for the above error messages and found
some other people with the same issue, for instance on
an Arch Linux forum [thread]. But I must confess that I
haven't understood what should be fixed and how.

I failed to find any relevant bug report on the Debian BTS,
though: am I the only one experiencing this issue?

How can I fix this bug?
