Although exFAT timestamps are usually in local time, they are accompanied by the current offset from UTC. Unfortunately, the offset is optional information. You can use the "time_offset=N" mount option to specify the offset for timestamps where there isn't a valid offset stored in the filesystem. You should use time_offset=-480 or -420, depending on whether DST was in effect. Starting from 5.19, there is also a "sys_tz" mount option, which should usually do the right thing.
