Bug#1007825: linux: Debian 11, Kernel 5.16; Intel AX210 bluetooth doesn't work

Heya,

I would like to mark this as resolved. Bluetooth works now.

The culprit was connman. Unfortunately I could not trace when or why it was installed but once I did a

apt-get purge connman connman-gtk

bluetooth started working again.
