Bug#1008575: Wi-Fi works with loglevel=3 but not without

I wrote:

Wi-Fi stops working after upgrading from -12- to linux-image-5.10.0-13-amd64 (iwlwifi: probe of 0000:00:14.3 failed with error -110))

So in order to get more debug info, I set `loglevel=3` in grub in the kernel command line.

That changed two things:

* now while booting I get to see the line on screen:
  iwlwifi 0000:00:14.3: firmware: failed to load iwl-debug-yoyo.bin (-2)
  That wouldn't get displayed previously when booting without `loglevel=3`

* now Wi-Fi actually works!
  kernel logs say:
  Mar 29 09:03:29 enfi kernel: [    4.631274] iwlwifi 0000:00:14.3: firmware: direct-loading firmware iwlwifi-QuZ-a0-hr-b0-59.ucode

Repeatedly switching back and forth between booting kernel ...-13 with or without `loglevel=3` will alternate between working and non-working Wi-Fi.
