Bug#1003564: Expose RPCNFSDOPTS in /etc/default/nfs-kernel-server

Package: nfs-kernel-server
Version: 1:1.3.4-6
Followup-For: Bug #971238

I have also hit the problem about how to specify nfs-server options,
which still exists in this version.

Fortunately the equivalent Ubuntu bug report
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/nfs-utils/+bug/1898778 comes up in a search.

Setting RPCNFSDOPTS in /etc/default/nfs-kernel-server does work to set options
for the nfs-server but is not documented. Please add a RPCNFSDOPTS example to
/etc/default/nfs-kernel-server.

Note: I have edited the example in the data reportbug has included from my system below.
