Dear Maintainer,

On my debian unstable laptop, I update linux kernel to
`5.15.0-1-amd64`. After booting into it to observe how it functions, I
noticed that bluetooth didn't work anymore.

As the kernel was the major package in this update, I booted into the
older kernel (`5.14.0-4-amd64`) and observed that bluetooth worked
fine.

With a bit of help from #debian-next, I tried to investigate the
issue. And found a few things. When running 5.14, I see the following
output for `dmesg | grep -i blue`:

```
[    9.863615] Bluetooth: Core ver 2.22
```

But on 5.15 this is blank and I see bluetooth.service is inactive,
with log:

```
Condition check resulted in Bluetooth service being skipped.
```

`sudo modprobe bluetooth` does allow me to start the service and I see
some logs in dmesg:

```
[Mon Nov 22 20:37:39 2021] alg: No test for fips(ansi_cprng) (fips_ansi_cprng)
```

but `bluetoothctl` says `No default controller available`. `rfkill`
reports nothing is blocked, but `hci0` is missing.

```
0: ideapad_wlan: Wireless LAN
	Soft blocked: no
	Hard blocked: no
1: ideapad_bluetooth: Bluetooth
	Soft blocked: no
	Hard blocked: no
2: phy0: Wireless LAN
	Soft blocked: no
	Hard blocked: no
```

The 5.14 kernel lists `hci0` as well:

```
3: hci0: Bluetooth
	Soft blocked: no
	Hard blocked: no
```

I also see that in 5.15 `btintel` isn't loaded. I see
the following in the 5.14 kernel:

```
at 21:51:46 ❯ sudo lsmod | grep btintel
btintel                32768  1 btusb
bluetooth             757760  45 btrtl,btintel,btbcm,bnep,btusb,rfcomm
```

but nothing on 5.15 by default. Adding modules btrtl, btintel, btbcm, bnep,
btusb, rfcomm did not help.
