Dear Maintainer,

*** Reporter, please consider answering these questions, where appropriate ***

   * What led up to the situation?

Was plugging and unplugging ethernet cable a lot, as I was configuring and
installing a new device in my network. I used my laptop to configure the
device.

   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?

Error has been caught during the process of plugging and unplugging ethernet
cable. Each time debian was trying to get me connected, I had DHCP enabled and
sometimes disabled.
   * What was the outcome of this action?

1. Error has been logged in the dmesg
2. Connecting to ethernet network is very slow on my laptop. I remember it
being so blazingly fast on Windows, and on other Linux distros. But now, with
my current system it takes several seconds to get me connected to DHCP server
and get me online

   * What outcome did you expect instead?

1. There should be no errors in dmesg at all
2. Connecting to my network should be faster
