Package: linux-image-2.6.32-3-686-bigmem Version: 2.6.32-9 Hello, recent kernels ship no snd-seq-oss.ko (the ALSA OSS sequencer emulation) anymore. I belive this is due to linux-2.6 (2.6.30-1) unstable; urgency=low [ Bastian Blank ] * Disable OSS. Since the other OSS emulation modules still exist (which makes sense and is good, IMHO) I assume (or hope :)) disabling the OSS sequencer emulation was just an accident. CONFIG_SND_MIXER_OSS=m CONFIG_SND_PCM_OSS=m CONFIG_SND_PCM_OSS_PLUGINS=y # CONFIG_SND_SEQUENCER_OSS is not set Thanks for your work & regards Mario -- I thought the only thing the internet was good for was porn. -- FuturamaAttachment: signature.asc

Though I think we can, given the age of the bug, now close the bugreport. Regards, Salvatore
