Hi,
it isn't reproducible anymore, at least over here running Debian-Testing:
5.10.0-6-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 5.10.28-1 (2021-04-09) x86_64 GNU/Linux
Test procedure:
We've disabled the previously mentioned workaround (removed/commented EnableMMAP Off) and restarted apache2.
Result:
Previously affected files (mounted via cifs and served by apache2) do not get coruppted any more.
